THIS FRIDAY: SOUL FUNK R&B NIGHT WITH DAWEN!!!

DAWEN is a soul/r&b singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. His music fuses the grooves of funk, soul, and r&b mixed with heartfelt and socio-conscious lyrics that appeals to both the emotions and intellect.

As a singer-songwriter, Dawen hopes his music will further the dialogue on racism and social injustice in American society.

This week's feature: ALEXA CABELLON

Join us this Friday (11/13) as we feature singer/songwriter Alexa Cabellon.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Brooklyn-based Alexa Cabellon now finds herself in a period of growth after spending the past four years in New York City as a student. Marked by her experiences abroad in the Czech Republic, Southeast Asia, and as a day-to-day New York resident, Alexa shares her observations and secrets in simple, acoustic arrangements and her new-found voice.

Alexa is also currently collaborating on four songs for a film shooting in San Francisco this coming spring for entry in the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival. She is also a member of the newly formed band, Circle Circle Dot, with Kendrick Lo.
